Real Estate website made with Wordpress
Recently I had a client in search of a new real estate website. He needed a basic property showcase and listing capabilities with the ease of a simple CMS. My suggestion was to use Wordpress for his project. We at PohlMedia.com offer a full package that includes full set up and installation of your blog with 2 concepts to choose. For the do-it-yourselfer, I will outline the steps below.
Step#1 - Create a concept you can trasnfer to a Wordpress Theme. If you are a designer and have experience in Photoshop, you can get your PSD turned into a Theme by our Team. You can also pick a free Wordpress theme from the theme depository at Wordpress.org.
Step #2 - Download the required plugins and run the installations.
The only plugins you need are:
Great-Real-Estate plugin
fpp-Pano
nextGen Gallery
Wordtube - Plugin Homepage
wp-Download Manager - Plugin Homepage
Step #3 - If you are looking to modify the provided templates, make sure you copy the following files to your theme directory, these will be use a page templates.
listingpage.php
listings.php
listings.css
listings.tabs.css
Next create two pages each using one of the moved files as the page template. Use the two new created pages to display the showcase and the single property listing.
A sample of what we can do for your Real Estate company can be found at www.barrowproperty.com - We offer great pricing.
We offer a fast turnaround. Also if you are looking for a phone consultation we can arrange a chat to go over any instructions to help get you set up.

I would like to think I’m in or pretty close to ground-zero here in Seattle. I have half a dozen blogs and another couple of websites with great pagerank for my area of real estate. However, 90% of my business still comes from referrals and relationships. More to the point, in looking at the top 10% of real estate professionals in my area, none have more than a personal webpage, if even that.

Real Estate business is really very hard. Searching new lands is really an exhausting timestaking work. It becomes really fruitful after the search has gained great results and even better when that property gets sold at a very good price. There are people that work on selling real estates as a part-time business.

I use wordpress for my blog and have rapidly moved up in my area with 5 blogs. I started blogging about 5 months ago and am only now getting feedback. However, my websites have by far become the best source of leads and closed deals.
