Recently I came across one of the greatest plugins I’ve seen in a long time. This plugin has brought back a bit of light at the end of the tunnel while working with Wordpress.  When I am setting up a blog with a slow server it is most evident.  Ozh Admin Drop Down Menu has improved my workflow with Wordpress and reduced the time I had to wait between pages to load and have to click the next choice in the submenu of Wordpress.
